Vice President of Program
Tom is responsible for Leading Educators' program delivery and impact on student achievement. As a founding academic dean and teacher at a charter high school in Newark, NJ, Tom led colleagues and students to average ACT score growths of 30 national percentile points and the highest charter school Language Arts scores in NJ. Previously, he taught in two other high schools in Newark, NJ, and the Bronx, NY, while serving as the founder of a college access program. He holds a B.A. in Public Policy Analysis and Economics from Pomona College, an M.S. in teaching from Pace University, and an M.A. in Education Administration from National Louis University.
