Associate Director of Data and Assessment
Tim manages data and evaluation activities for district partnerships and projects and is located in the Midwest region. He also designs materials that support internal and external stakeholders across the country to assess and understand progress in developing school conditions.
Before joining Leading Educators, Tim served as Project Manager for a three-year, collaborative grant focused on bullying prevention and school climate improvement, called the Communities Aligning for School Transformation (CAST) Project. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade conducting research and evaluation within the education and mental health fields.
Tim graduated from Northwestern University with a B.A. in Psychology and Religious Studies and later earned his Ph.D. in Community Psychology with an emphasis on Statistics, Methods, and Measurement from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
