Quentin supports the Washington, DC leadership team business development efforts and leads recruitment with all potential and active candidates. Prior to joining Leading Educators, Quentin served as an Academic Services Program Director with the DC Promise Neighborhood Initiative (DCPNI). Before his time with DCPNI, Quentin led seventeen AmeriCorps volunteers through a year of service implementing a tutoring and mentoring program in two Washington, DC Public Schools, as a Program Manager with City Year DC. Quentin began his career at Goldman Sachs in their Sales and Trading Division. During his time with Goldman, Quentin founded a mentorship program in Boston for students ages 12-16, which influenced his decision to transition his career into academic programming. Quentin holds a B.A. in History from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and is currently pursuing his MBA at The George Washington University.
