Academy for Urban School Leadership (AUSL)

Beginning in 2014, Leading Educators partnered with AUSL Chicago to deliver trainings for school and teacher leaders who are working together to drive new initiatives within their schools. Leading Educators also provides leadership development sessions for network coaches and Mentor Residency Coaches, who support educators across AUSL schools. 

Lawrence Public Schools

Beginning in 2014, Leading Educators worked with Lawrence Public Schools to deliver a series of professional development sessions for Advanced Educators, who serve in model classroom roles, and Master Educators, who provide coaching and support to drive school-wide initiatives. 


District of Columbia Public Schools Teacher Leadership Innovation (TLI)

Beginning in 2013, Leading Educators partnered with DC Public Schools (DCPS) to pilot new teacher leader roles. The ultimate goal of the program is to design innovative and financially sustainable roles for teachers that leverage time and talent in new ways that dramatically impact student achievement. Leading Educators works with DCPS to provide differentiated training for each role and to coach principals on utilizing the new roles to build effective leadership teams within schools. 

Denver Public Schools Teacher Leader Teams

Beginning in 2013, Leading Educators worked with Denver Public Schools (DPS) to deliver a series of trainings for DPS-identified teacher leaders in new, differentiated roles and develop cohort-building activities during year one of the Teacher Leader Teams pilot. 

Houston Independent School District Career Pathways

Beginning in 2012, Leading Educators partnered with Houston Independent School District (HISD) and TNTP, formerly The New Teacher Project, in the Career Pathways Initiative. Leading Educators delivered a series of foundational and role-specific trainings, developed a customized series of problem solving communities, and trained internal HISD staff on delivering Leading Educators content to teacher leaders.
