Program Director for the Kansas City Region
Molly Dykman Wilson began her career in education as a founding Kindergarten/1st Grade teacher at Delaware Ridge Elementary (DRE) in Kansas City, Kansas. During her time at DRE, Molly served on the School Leadership Team, facilitated professional development, and presented at multiple national conferences. Molly is a proud alumna of the inaugural cohort of Leading Educators in Kansas City. Most recently, she has served in the role of School Designer for EL Education (formerly Expeditionary Learning). In this position, she supported teachers in the creation of standards-aligned curriculum and partnered with leaders to develop clear, actionable visions for their schools. She holds a B.S.E. in Elementary Education from Emporia State University. She is dedicated to ensuring that all students receive a high quality education and proud to work towards this vision in her hometown of Kansas City. As the Program Director, Molly manages regional leadership coaches, school partnerships, regional programming and content development, and the overall development for teacher leaders in the Kansas City Fellowship.
