Lindsay Michael

Lindsay designs and facilitates ELA learning experiences for teams of teacher leaders enrolled in Leading Educators programs.

Prior to joining Leading Educators, Lindsay supported school transformation efforts with TNTP, coaching school leaders and teachers on academic strategy, professional learning structures, curriculum, and instruction. Lindsay began her career teaching middle school English Language Arts in Prince George's County, Maryland where she also collaborated with the district office to facilitate teacher trainings on Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching. After teaching, Lindsay worked as a Design Specialist for DC Public Schools, developing and facilitating online and in-person training and norming experiences to support teacher evaluators with consistent classroom observations and providing transformative feedback to teachers. Lindsay holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland and an M.A. in Education Policy from The George Washington University.
