Developing Middle Leadership

Diverse and distributed leadership carries tremendous potential for accelerating breakthroughs in teaching that grow student success.  When teacher leaders and other school-based instructional leaders have the functional opportunity and support to lead, they can leverage their expertise to develop strong teaching teams while allowing school leaders to focus on a narrower set of priorities. 

Working with partners to assess existing strengths, culture, and opportunities to bolster improvement, we specialize in creating impactful distributed leadership systems that allow leading educators to expand their reach and grow in their careers.  Within our approach, these instructional leaders are key drivers of school-based professional learning, which facilitates relevance of content and alignment of priorities across teaching teams.
