Fellowship Program Paths
There are two paths into the Fellowship. A candidate may apply to the Fellowship as an individual teacher leader or the Teacher Leader Teams Fellowship is a team-based approach to teacher leadership that allows a team of teacher leaders and their school leader to apply to the Fellowship to impact school-wide change. All Fellows receive the same leadership coaching and foundational training in excellent teacher leadership.
Two years of active participation - a formidable commitment - is essential for success in completing the Leading Educators Fellowship. It may not be for everyone. But for those who have the courage of their convictions, the rewards are immeasurable.
