Erin Davis
Program Director for Empower (Tulsa)

Erin Davis serves as the Program Director of Leading Educators’ partnership with Tulsa Public Schools.  She oversees the leadership coaches’ scope of work, manages school partnerships at Empower sites, and partners with Tulsa Public Schools to ensure the successful scaling of teacher leader development across the district. 

Erin joins Leading Educators from Tulsa Lighthouse Charter School where she served as the Director of Teaching and Learning.  Throughout her career, she has supported teachers and students in a variety of roles, including as a senior district leader, a school building leader, an associate professor for Johns Hopkins University, and an instructional coach.  She began her career in education as part of the inaugural cohort of Teach For America corps members in Tulsa, OK, after receiving her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University.  She also earned her Master of Education in Educational Administration, Curriculum and Supervision from the University of Oklahoma. 

Having spent almost a decade working for education equity in Tulsa, Erin is excited to continue her work there as part of the Leading Educators team.
