Director of Program Innovation
Ebony is a passionate educator who believes every child, regardless of their background, should receive an equitable, safe, and affirming education. As a Director of Program Innovation, she supports Leading Educators' innovation partnerships and designs equity programming.
Before joining Leading Educators, Ebony supported schools and districts in transforming their systems and structures to accelerate student learning. She began her career in K-12 education as a teacher.
Ebony holds an M.A. in Middle Grades Education from Mercer University and a B.A. in Professional Writing and Communications from Purdue University. Originally from Indiana, Ebony now calls Philadelphia home. She enjoys spending her free time writing, watching documentaries, and trying out new recipes.
