Claudine Andrews

Claudine is responsible for the direct coaching and development of  teacher leaders in the Chicago region.

Claudine came to Leading Educators from the Academy for Urban School Leadership, where she served as an induction coach and network instructional coach for beginning teachers for 5 years. Prior to that, she was a classroom teacher in the Chicago region for 12 years serving students in both intermediate and middle school math.

She holds a B.A. in Sociology and French Literature from Boston College, and an MS.Ed in Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University. Though originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Claudine, her husband, and their two children call Chicago, home. She is thrilled to support school leaders in delivering an outstanding education for all students.
