OUR APPROACH

Leading Educators offers two distinct pathways to school impact and systemic change, the Leading Educators Fellowship and our Strategic Support Initiatives.

The Fellowship

The national Leading Educators Fellowship is a rigorous two-year participant experience designed to develop core competencies in three vital areas: School Culture, Leadership and Management, and Learning and Teaching. Through formal training, intensive support, and school visit trips, this pathway leads to more effective school impact by increasing student learning through teams led by highly skilled teacher-leaders. This goal of the Fellowship is to decrease teacher attrition in high-needs schools and contribute to robust systems for impact at scale. More >

Strategic Support Initiatives

Leading Educators Strategic Support Initiatives allow schools and districts to improve the efficiency of a broader set of teacher-leaders. Beginning in 2012, we will partner with schools, districts, networks, and school support organizations in a strategic consulting capacity focused on integrating teacher leadership into a system's comprehensive talent management plans. Specific services offered in this set of initiatives include district-wide training programs, senior leadership development, and performance management protocols. More >
