Adan is a communications and public policy strategist who helps Leading Educators teams, district partners, and teacher leaders leverage powerful stories to build public knowledge and investment in transformational supports for students, families, and educators.
Previously, Adan was the Program Manager for Leading Educators' Washington, D.C. Fellowship program where he supported instructional development efforts at more than 30 open-enrollment, public charter schools. Before joining Leading Educators, Adan was a Community Action Project coach for the Rawlings Undergraduate Leadership Fellows Program at the University of Maryland and a program evaluation consultant for America Achieves' three State Educator Voice Fellowships. Adan holds a M.P.P. in Social Policy and Nonprofit Management from the University of Maryland-College Park and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
